Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Relationship Manager located in Kanpur. The Executive Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. The role also involves managing client portfolios, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The individual will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support.

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services is a plus
