Role Overview

Overall role contribution to team, customer & organization to plan and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while strengthening brand presence and delivering measurable business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ideate, plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Email and WhatsApp marketing tools such as Netcore, GupShup, or similar platforms.
  • Manage personalized digital journeys across multiple customer touchpoints (Email, Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Social Media, and Website) while measuring the effectiveness of each.
  • Continuously identify, evaluate, and implement new digital marketing strategies that contribute to incremental growth in user activation, revenue, and market share.
  • Brainstorm, execute, and analyze A/B testing across campaigns to drive actionable insights and improve performance, shaping overall campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, product, technology, and media agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation dashboards to analyze performance and consumer behavior.
  • Lead the annual marketing campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals to drive revenue, increase visibility, enhance brand positioning, and maximize customer engagement.
  • Track campaign performance with key KPIs such as CTR, open rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, CAC, and unsubscribe rate.
  • Provide regular campaign reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership for decision-making and strategy alignment.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and impactful messaging across campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory compliance relevant to the Fintech and Wealth Management Sector.

Work Experience: 3-5 years in Digital/Campaign Marketing, preferably in Fintech, Wealth Management, or BFSI sector.

Management Experience: 1-2 years leading campaigns or managing cross-functional teams/agencies.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred).
