Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Mumbai -
Malad West, (Mindspace) which
involves developing and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The Campaign & Strategy Executive will analyze market trends, craft performance-focused strategies, and strengthen brand presence. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Skills and expertise in Finance
  • Proficiency in Communication and Management Consulting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred
  • Experience: 3-5 years in digital/campaign marketing, preferably in fintech, wealth management, or BFSI sector

Areas of Responsibility

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Manage multi-channel digital journeys (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Social, Website) with a focus on performance tracking and optimization.
  • Utilize tools like Netcore, GupShup, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite for campaign management and insights.
  • Lead A/B testing to derive actionable insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, tech, and media teams for seamless execution and innovation.
  • Drive the annual marketing calendar aligned with business goals to boost revenue, visibility, and brand positioning.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, open rate, conversions, CAC, etc.) and present insights to leadership for strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation for personalized and impactful communication.
