About the Role

You'll be the engine running our influencer campaigns end-to-end — from creator selection to final delivery. Think of it as being the project pilot: strategy, execution, timelines, client communication, creator management… all roads lead to you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Convert brand briefs into smart, creator-led campaign strategies.
  • Build campaign plans, timelines, workflow structures, and expected deliverables.
  • Identify the best influencers for each campaign using insights, audience analysis, and platform trends.

2. Creator Sourcing & Negotiation

  • Shortlist, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Negotiate deliverables, fees, usage rights, and timelines.
  • Ensure creators align with brand values, aesthetic, and communication tone.

3. Client & Internal Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients through the campaign lifecycle.
  • Communicate updates, manage expectations, and ensure full campaign transparency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — strategy, creative, finance, and operations — to deliver flawless execution.

4. Execution & Delivery

  • Manage the full execution lifecycle: briefing creators, monitoring progress, ensuring timely submissions, and securing approvals.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform best practices.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and delivery sheets in real time.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign progress, engagement, content performance, and ROI.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, data, recommendations, and learnings.
  • Identify opportunities to scale or optimise future campaigns.

6. Trend & Platform Awareness

  • Stay on top of influencer culture, platform shifts, creator trends, and content formats.
  • Suggest innovative content ideas and creator collaborations for brands.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills — you should be able to manage creators and clients with equal ease.
  • Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator platforms.
  • Highly organised with excellent multitasking and deadline-management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, briefs, campaign documents, and reporting.

  • Experience handling mid to large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong network of creators and talent managers.
  • Understanding of paid amplification, whitelisting, and branded content compliance.
