Campaign Manager - Performance - Programmatic AI
Positions - 2 Location - Nerul, Navi Mumbai
This role requires a meticulous person who can go above and beyond. You shall be responsible for both, implementing and monitoring the entire campaign lifecycle. You shall be helping our business to succeed through client relationships and campaign developmental strategy. You will manage campaigns in a high-volume environment and act as the focal point of communication across several internal teams. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value to our clients, and therefore integral to growing our business. Working in Adops and closely with AI product teams to help achieve client Goals, the right candidate will be someone who can adapt to the rigour of working in a startup environmen.
Here is how you will be Eligible:
Experience:
4 - 8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a focus on end-to-end campaign management across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery). Client Handling experience.
Education:
• UG: Any Graduate – Any Specialization
• PG: Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization
Salary:
As per industry standards. Commensurate with experience and industry standards
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, and creatives.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
• Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and ad platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute advertising strategies with the help of AI tools across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
Build, test, and optimize paid ad campaigns on DV360, META, Google Ads, etc. to consistently improve performance
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) to track and report on campaign performance
Own all Ad Ops components including campaign launches, strategy execution, ad inventory utilization, budgeting, invoicing and client handling.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop, maintain, and grow current client's customer relationships
Directly interact with sales/clients to execute campaigns and help them get the most out of the relationship and technology
Review creatives, third-party tags or any related campaign issues
Implement campaigns, do basic health checks, Ad optimization, and troubleshooting
Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily to ensure proper delivery of campaigns
Create ad hoc custom reports on an as-needed basis
Assist the Sales team(s) with forecasting and campaign performance inquiries
Have an above-and-beyond mentality when it comes to client and company success
Collaborate with your team to not only maintain ad operations but improve and streamline processes when possible
Tools and Technical Expectations:
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads — including campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform tools such as DV360, Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with performance tracking, conversion setup, and UTM implementation.
• Comfortable working with data-driven insights and attribution tools to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
• Understanding of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) is an added advantage.
