Role Overview
POS Central is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager / AGM Enterprise Sales who has hands-on experience in selling POS hardware to large enterprises.
The ideal candidate must have direct sales experience with brands such as Jubilant FoodWorks, Devyani International Limited, Eversub India Pvt, Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, Westlife FoodWorld, Connaught Plaza Restaurants ,Oberoi Hotels, Hilton, Taj and other large chains in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, and Logistics.
This role demands strong industry connects, excellent product knowledge, and the capability to independently generate enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- Drive enterprise sales across POS Centrals full POS hardware portfolio: Android/Windows billing terminals, PDTs, kiosks, receipt printers, label printers, cash drawers, and related solutions.
- Acquire new enterprise customers using existing industry connections and targeted market intelligence.
- Build relationships with CXOs, IT heads, procurement leads, and operations teams.
Account Management
- Manage and expand business across key enterprise accounts.
- Develop long-term account penetration strategies.
- Drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling of POS Central hardware solutions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets consistently.
- Present product demos, solution walkthroughs, and commercial proposals.
- Track competitor movement and market trends to maintain POS Centrals competitive advantage.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with presales, customer support, logistics, and product teams for seamless execution.
- Share customer insights to support product enhancements and business decisions.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales within the POS hardware industry (mandatory).
- Proven relationships with leading enterprise chains in F&B, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and logistics.
Strong understanding of POS hardware:
Billing Terminals (Android/Windows)
- PDTs
- Label & Receipt Printers
- Cash Drawers
- Kiosks
Other POS components
Ability to generate sales independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High energy, self-driven, target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for enterprise engagement.
