Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager based in Delhi, India. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include leading teams, coordinating with various departments, developing and implementing processes to enhance operational efficiency, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to achieving company goals. The role requires effective management skills and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong management and leadership skills, with experience in team coordination and development
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and process implementation
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
