Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karnataka, India. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing social media presence. Other tasks include coordinating with the sales team, analyzing marketing metrics, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Qualifications

- Experience in Market Research and Analysis
- Social Media Management and Content Creation skills
- Ability to coordinate with Sales Teams and ensure Brand Consistency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
Sponsorship Acquisition
Identify, approach, and onboard brands for sponsorship (statewide, regional, and single-show levels).
Develop target-based sponsorship plans aligned with brand goals.
Negotiate terms, deliverables, and budgets with sponsors.
Maintain long-term relationships with sponsors for repeat events.
- Advertisement Shoot Coordination
Collect advertisement shoot requirements from brands (fashion ads, catalog, product placement, celebrity endorsements).
Coordinate with the creative & production team to execute brand shoots.
Ensure ad shoots meet brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
Deliver final content (TVC, social media reels, print, catalog) within deadlines.
- Event Branding & Promotion
Plan and execute branding opportunities for sponsors at fashion shows (stage, backdrop, media walls, stalls, catalogs, digital promotion).
Integrate brand promotions in ramp shows (e.g., models wearing sponsor outfits/jewelry).
Ensure maximum brand visibility across offline (venue) & online (social media, press) platforms.
- Marketing & Audience Engagement
Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the show and sponsors.
Leverage digital marketing tools (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, OTT, influencer marketing).
Drive audience engagement before, during, and after the fashion show.
Monitor campaign performance & adjust strategy for better ROI.
- Target Achievement & Reporting
Work on monthly/quarterly targets for sponsorship revenue.
Ensure sponsor expectations (leads, branding, sales uplift) are met.
Provide performance reports to sponsors (reach, impressions, conversions).
Analyze competitor activities and industry trends for continuous improvement.
- Team & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate between event organizers, designers, models, media, and sponsors.
Lead the marketing & sponsorship team across multiple cities in Karnataka.
Manage budgets, contracts, and timelines efficiently.
Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth sponsor-brand-event execution.
