Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Analyst cum IT Coordinator based in Malappuram. The role involves analyzing business processes and requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify solutions, and ensuring IT systems meet organizational needs. The professional will also act as a liaison between different departments, managing communication and facilitating the implementation of business strategies and projects using technology to enhance efficiency and operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in Business Analysis to evaluate and improve workflows and processes
  • Experience in identifying and defining business requirements and optimizing business processes
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly
  • Ability to act as a bridge between business units and IT teams to implement effective solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in relevant IT tools and systems is highly desirable
