Role Description
Orbix Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager cum Creative Head to lead our digital strategy and creative vision. In this role, you will oversee multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, and Content Marketing while ensuring client websites and digital assets are optimized for performance and lead generation. You will drive brand growth by managing paid campaigns, developing innovative creative concepts, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms. Beyond execution, you will track and analyze KPIs to make data-driven decisions, mentor and inspire a talented marketing team, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver measurable results. This is a leadership role for a professional who can blend strategic thinking, creativity, and analytics to position Orbix and its clients for long-term digital success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Branding.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing integrated campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with analytics and ad platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
