Food & Beverage Service - Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Service Restaurant Manager with 6-10 years of experience to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurants and hotels, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food.
- Supervise and train staff members to achieve excellent customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, and safety.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance the dining experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing restaurants or hotels, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
