Royal Hometel Suites is a contemporary hotel in the heart of Dahisar, Mumbai, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay experience. Strategically located on the western express highway, it is a few meters from Dahisar Toll Plaza, 4 kilometers from Mira Road Railway Station, and 300 meters from the Mira Road Bus Stop. The hotel features five different categories of rooms, three dining options— a fine dining restaurant, a bar, and a cafe and lobby lounge. Additional facilities include a swimming pool, a board room, and two banquet halls, as well as a 24-hour front desk, room service, and currency exchange services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food And Beverage Associate located in Bengaluru. The Food And Beverage Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent food service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and assisting in various food & beverage operations. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and supporting the culinary team as needed. The role will require engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and providing an overall pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Culinary Skills with the ability to assist the kitchen staff as needed
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
