A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager for our Resort property namely Ramanashree California Resort is having 87 rooms, 5 Banquet Hall, Bar and Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Lawn area for parties with Indoor and Outdoor activities area is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. Their primary goal is to ensure exceptional customer service, maximize revenue, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

About company

Group incorporated in 1986 in the name of Ramanashree Shopping Arcade Pvt Ltd is having two properties one being Hotels and another one is Resorts in Bangalore, namely Hotel Ramanashree Richmond, on Richmond Road, Bangalore is having 68 rooms with 2 Banquet Hall, Longue and Two Restaurants and the other property is Ramanashree California Resort, on Anantapur Gate, Yelahanka, Bangalore as briefed in first para.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service ¹.

  • Menu Planning and Cost Control: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and update menus, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability ¹.

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety ¹.

  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage F&B budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and implement strategies to optimize profitability ².

  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of food and beverage products ³.

  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction ⁴.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in managing F&B teams ¹.

  • Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders ¹.

  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and cost control ².

  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food safety, and quality control ¹.
