Food & Beverage Service Guest Service Expert – Bartender

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Service Guest Service Expert Bartender to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and mocktails, to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or food and beverage service, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
