Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and craft inventive cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages using Swa syrups for prospects, clients, and industry events.
  • Conduct engaging tastings, workshops, and bartender training/engagement sessions for clients and their teams.
  • Lead client acquisition efforts: identify and win new HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and food service accounts in Gujarat.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to drive deeper sales and account penetration.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for new recipe launches, tailored presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent Swa at local and regional events, F&B showcases, and industry collaborations.
  • Own revenue, sales pipeline, reporting, and innovative projects for the Ahmedabad region.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in mixology/bartending with a proven sales or client-facing track record in food & beverage, hospitality, or FMCG sales.​
  • Demonstrated flair for beverage innovation, bartending, and high-energy client presentations.
  • Strong network builder; able to open new accounts and convert tastings/workshops into sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ownership mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • Based in Ahmedabad (or willing to relocate) with regional travel flexibility.
