Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage hiring processes, and provide leadership to a team to maintain service excellence. Responsibilities include handling customer service, managing food and beverage quality, overseeing staff training and performance, and upholding operational standards to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to ensure all guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including experience in Hiring and training restaurant staff.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional quality and adherence to standards.
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities to handle operational challenges seamlessly.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or the foodservice industry is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
