Laya Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-driven Senior
Business Development Executive
to drive sales for our
Cybersecurity, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure solutions
.

The role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution pitching, proposal preparation, and achieving sales targets in the CCS domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients for
    Cybersecurity & Cloud Solutions
    .
  • Generate leads through cold calls, visits, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Present and promote Laya Tech's IT security & cloud offerings to customers.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable CCS solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for demos & proposals.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and manage accounts.
  • Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and maintain CRM updates.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity & cloud trends, competitors, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales / Cybersecurity / Cloud / SaaS
    (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technology solutions.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
  • Fluency in
    Hindi & English
    preferred.

Preferred Knowledge Areas

  • Cybersecurity solutions: Endpoint Security, MDM, EDR/XDR, Email Security
  • Cloud services: Backup, Cloud Security, IAM, Infrastructure Solutions
  • Basic understanding of network & server environments
  • Experience in B2B/Enterprise sales
