Senior Business Development Executive
 to join our growing team in Chennai.

Position:
Senior Business Development Executive

Experience:
Freshers to 0–3+ years

Salary:
₹22,000– ₹30,000 per month

Workdays:
5 days a week (rotational weekly offs, subject to client meetings)

Requirements:

Fluency in English & Hindi

Strong communication & client-handling skills

Education: BE, MBA, MS, ME or equivalent

Passion to build client relationships and grow with us

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Senior Business Development Executive
to lead client acquisition, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth across our service verticals. The candidate should have strong sales acumen, communication skills, and a proven record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver tailored client proposals.
  • Negotiate and finalize business deals professionally.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade events, and conferences.
  • Track and report business performance and potential leads regularly.
