Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The CRM will be responsible for building long-term relationships, resolving customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities through upselling or cross-selling products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Serve as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively.

Monitor customer account health, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels.

Conduct regular check-ins, follow-ups, and feedback sessions with clients.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, support, product, etc.) to meet customer needs.

Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, or new business from existing clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Prepare reports on customer insights, service issues, and account performance.

Ensure contract renewals and manage account retention strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in customer success or client servicing roles.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Work Environment:

Office-based with occasional travel to client sites if required.

May involve extended hours during high-demand periods or client escalations.
