Job Summary:

As a CRM Executive at , you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and driving customer loyalty. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to implement CRM strategies and ensure our customers feel valued and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement & Retention:

  2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and engagement strategies.

  3. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  4. CRM Strategy Implementation:

  5. Develop and execute CRM campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

  6. Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for improving customer experiences.

  7. Database Management:

  8. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  9. Segment customer data for targeted marketing and communication initiatives.

  10. Performance Monitoring:

  11. Monitor and report on CRM metrics such as customer satisfaction, churn rate, and campaign performance.

  12. Suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

  13. Collaboration:

  14. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align CRM activities with business objectives.

  15. Ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
