Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra for a Solar Panels Production Manager. The role evolves overseeing every stage of the solar panel production process, including planning, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining production efficiency and quality. The Production Manager is also responsible for coordinating with vendors, supervising staff, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements or cost savings.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes, production planning, and operational management.
  • Strong technical abilities in quality control, equipment maintenance, and understanding of safety protocols in manufacturing.
  • Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills to effectively supervise production staff and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and enhance production workflows.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Experience in renewable energy or sustainable production is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
