Job Description
Title: Liaisoning Officer – MSEB Projects (Solar Energy)
Purpose
The Liaisoning Officer is responsible for managing endtoend approvals, coordination, and documentation processes for gridconnected solar rooftop projects. The position ensures seamless handling of applications, verification, and subsidy workflows on the MSEB/MAHADISCOM, National Portal (NP), and RTS Portal, including compliance with PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana requirements.
Scope
This role covers the complete cycle from consumer registration to subsidy redemption, including document verification, installation approvals, and regulatory submissions for solar rooftop systems.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer Data Management
Collect and verify mandatory documents:
Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Latest Electricity Bill, Mobile Number, Email ID, Bank Details
Register or update consumer contact details on portals
Guide consumers for mobile and email verification
National Portal (NP) Registration and Application
Create new applications on the National Solar Rooftop Portal
Upload necessary documents and system information
Ensure accurate entry of system capacity (kW), inverter type, panel serial numbers, and vendor details (Vendor: Unique Solar)
Facilitate OTP verification for consumer login
DCR Certification
Generate, verify, and upload DCR compliance certificate from the authorized portal whenever applicable
RTS Portal Coordination (State Portal)
Upload all mandated documents such as:
Work Completion Certificate
Guaranty Certificate
Annexure & Proforma
Net Agreement Bond
Datasheets / Brochures
JioTag Geotagged Photos
DCR Certificate (if required)
MSEB Approval Processing
Track document verification status and follow up with MSEB officers
Coordinate for Release Order generation
PostInstallation Documentation on NP Portal
Upload NP Bond, JioTag photos, DCR certificate, and Bank proof
Submit accurate updates via the Vendor Portal and track approvals
Inspection Coordination
Ensure tagging completion
Schedule and coordinate onsite inspection with concerned MSEB engineers
Confirm status updates on all required portals
Subsidy Redemption
Monitor application progress through Subsidy Redeemed stage
Follow up until subsidy is credited to the consumer's bank account
Record Keeping and Compliance
Maintain a detailed checklist and workflow tracker for every project
Ensure use of original scanned documents with proper clarity and format
Regularly back up all files for audit and regulatory inspection
Follow up rigorously with nodal officers for timely status updates
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of solar regulatory and DISCOM processes
Proficiency in NP, RTS Portal, and MSEB workflow
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with government authorities and field teams
Knowledge of rooftop solar technical parameters (Preferred)
High attention to detail and compliance orientation
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Graduate in any stream (Technical background preferred)
1–3 years of liaisoning experience, preferably in solar projects or utility coordination
Familiarity with PM Surya Ghar Yojana requirements will be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,212.49 per month
