**Position**: Executive Assistant
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and attend executive meetings, taking notes, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with sensitive company and client information.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Support executives with various projects, from research and data analysis to tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing and managing documents related to production schedules, materials, and customer orders.
- Monitor progress of departmental goals, ensuring that key tasks are completed on time.
- **Office and Facility Management**:
- Manage the office environment, ensuring that supplies are stocked, equipment is maintained, and the work environment remains organized.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and team-building activities for executives and key staff members.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Organize, file, and maintain important records, including production schedules, client specifications, and supplier contracts.
- Track and prepare reports for meetings or regulatory purposes, ensuring that all documents are readily available for executives.

- Ensure that sensitive information, whether financial, operational, or client-related, is kept confidential.
- Exercise discretion and judgment when handling internal communications or external inquiries.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- **Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and team members.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of executives.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Highly professional and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Pay: From ₹15,020.96 per month
