Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Aurangabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure process efficiency, manage the team, and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth production and distribution. Responsibilities may also include project management, data analysis, and identifying areas for improvement in operations and production processes. The individual will contribute to strategic planning and provide support for the implementation of company initiatives.

  • Experience in operations management and process optimization
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Understanding of the agri-food industry and supply chain processes (preferred)
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to manage on-site operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Agriculture, or a related field
