Job Title: Accounts & Audit Assistant

Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 0–5 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA / MBA

About the Firm:

We are a professional firm of Chartered Accountants providing services in the areas of accounting, auditing, taxation, company law, and financial consultancy. Our team focuses on quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction through timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting:

  • Maintain books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software.
  • Record journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle accounts receivable/payable, expense tracking, and petty cash.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Audit & Assurance:

  • Assist in statutory, internal, tax, and concurrent audits.
  • Perform vouching, verification of ledgers, and analytical review procedures.
  • Prepare audit documentation and working papers.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients for information and clarification during audits.

Taxation & Compliance:

  • Support in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
  • Assist in preparation of Form 3CD, 10B/10BB, and related annexures.
  • Help in ROC filings and other statutory compliance tasks.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
  • Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
