Job Description:

Hiring for New Product Development ( NPD ) Engineer for Waluj Aurangabad location

Company Type : sheet metal stamping and fabrication manufacturing industry

Educational Qualifications: BE Mechanical / DME 

Desired Experience: Min 3 years experience 

Skills Set required/Job Profile :

  • New products carrying all the activities from product conceptual stage to customer approval, Product validation, PPAP & Smooth and over to production.
  • Register RFQ and to check feasibility with existing facilities & confirm it to customer with technical clarification sheet.
  •  Interaction with different departments & vendors during development cycle & Also take follow up dies from tooling department.
  • Development of line includes development to important Tools, Dies & fixtures, Preparing PPAP Documents and assisting inprocess audits.
  • Responsible for making improvements after audit as per development procedure.
  • Implementation of E.C.N's during/after part development if any.
  • ResponsibleformakingControlPlan,WorkInstructionaccordingtofeasible
  • Drawing & issue it to production & Quality Department
