Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS management systems in line with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
  • You will be responsible for conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and national EHS regulations , including Factories Act, PCB norms, and ISO standards.
  • You will be responsible for developing and delivering EHS training programs for employees and contractors to build a strong safety culture.
  • You will be responsible for leading and supporting incident/accident investigations , conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with regulatory bodies, auditors, and consultants for statutory approvals, inspections, and certifications.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting EHS KPIs , including accidents, near misses, waste management, and energy efficiency.
  • You will be responsible for supporting implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent EHS certifications .
  • You will be responsible for driving sustainability initiatives such as energy conservation, water management, waste reduction, and emissions control.
  • You will be responsible for promoting a "Safety-First" culture across all levels of the organization
