Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team at Radisson Blu Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless hotel operations and high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office performance, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
- Supervise and train new hires to ensure they meet company standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze front office metrics, such as occupancy rates, average room rate, and guest feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office management within a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team of front office staff.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, including property management software and reservation systems.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
