Solar sales executive

*Key Responsibilities:*
*Generate Leads*: Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
*Conduct Site Visits*: Visit sites to assess solar potential and provide technical guidance.
*Sales Conversions*: Pitch solar solutions, handle objections, and close sales deals.
*Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
*Data Management*: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions.
*Requirements:*
*Experience*: 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
*Education*: Graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for engineering or business backgrounds.
*Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Knowledge*: Basic understanding of solar technology and its applications is desirable.
*Salary Range:*
₹10,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
Additional incentives and benefits may be provided, such as health insurance, travel allowances, and performance bonuses.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
