Job Summary:
Role focuses on driving growth for Heat Pump and Solar Water Heater within Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad - Maharashtra) region through strong channel sales strategies and distributor relationships. It demands hands-on experience in channel sales, market knowledge of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English, along with the ability to lead, strategize, and address customer service need.
Job Description:
- Drive sales growth for Heat Pump and Solar Water Heater within the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad - Maharashtra) region.
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors and dealers to strengthen the distribution network.
- Achieve targets by increasing both primary and secondary sales in the territory.
- Focus on effective dealer network management to maximize market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including sales, pricing, products, and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to address sales shortfalls and drive growth.
- Oversee territory-specific branding and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Address and resolve service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.
- Guide, motivate, and improve the communication skills of the distributor sales team to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr)
- 3-10 years' quota carrying sales experience.
- Channel sales experience in products Heat Pump and Solar Water Heater
- Should have good knowledge of product market in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad - Maharashtra) Market.
