Business Development Executive – Telecalling

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Telecalling) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to generate interest.
- Maintain and update the lead database with follow-up information.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, or messages.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities and results.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth conversion and onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objection, negotiate, and persuade clients.
- Good command of English and local language (as per location).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
