Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Telecalling) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to generate interest.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with follow-up information.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
  • Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, or messages.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities and results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth conversion and onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objection, negotiate, and persuade clients.
  • Good command of English and local language (as per location).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
