Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive (Female) to handle telecalling, lead generation, and follow-ups. The candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telecalls to potential customers and present company services/products.
  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, online research, and other channels.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Update and manage customer information in the database.
  • Understand customer requirements and route qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
  • Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any degree with strong communication skills (Tamil/English).
  • Prior experience in telecalling or business development is an added advantage.
  • Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently .
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
