Job Title Business Development Executive Employment Type Full-time Industry IT Software Digital Marketing B2B Sales Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities meeting potential clients and closing sales for software solutions digital marketing services and other IT products This role involves direct field sales and building strong client relationships Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through field visits cold calling and networking Meet clients in person and present company services software websites SEO SEM social media etc Understand client requirements and propose customized IT or digital marketing solutions Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations Follow up with prospective clients and close deals Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with the internal technical and marketing teams for proposal and project execution Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Proven experience in B2B sales software product sales or digital marketing service sales Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets Basic understanding of digital marketing websites and software technologies is a plus Proficient in MS Office email communication and CRM tools
