Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries from customers through calls, WhatsApp & email.
  • Provide clear information about products / services / pricing.
  • Convert inbound leads into sales or appointments.
  • Maintain customer follow-up and update in CRM / Excel.
  • Build good relationship with new & existing customers.
  • Explain company's offerings in a clear and polite manner.
  • Prepare daily call reports and submit to manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing & customer updates.
  • Achieve daily/weekly enquiry conversion targets.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
  • Confident, polite and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and convert leads.
  • Time management and multi-tasking capability.
  • Sales mindset & willingness to learn.

Eligibility

  • Female candidates only.
  • Any degree (Freshers can also apply).
  • Candidates staying near Chinniyampalayam / Peelamedu / Sulur / Singanallur / Avinashi Road preferred.

Salary Range

  • Based on experience (Industry standard).
  • Incentives based on sales conversion.

Working Hours

  • Day shift
  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Sunday Holiday (Adjustable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
