**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Marketing Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote landscaping services and generate leads.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our landscaping services and addressing client needs and concerns.
- **Proposal Development**: Create customized proposals and quotations for landscaping projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements and budgetary constraints.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth, and leverage findings to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and administration, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track sales performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to management to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in landscaping, marketing, and sales to continuously improve strategies and achieve competitive advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in marketing and sales, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscaping or related industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
