**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our team, working with a prestigious real estate project in Padappai. The primary responsibility will be to connect with given leads, pitch real estate projects, followup and schedule site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads.
- Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including location, amenities, and pricing.
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client engagement.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed visits.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as defined by the management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduation or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in real estate telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Fluent in Tamil and English with verbal and writing skills.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Computer, Google Sheets
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Confidence and ability to handle objections.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must be proactive, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
