Business Development Executive

Codeloom Technologies is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT / digital services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, pitching our services (websites, mobile apps, ERP, digital marketing, AI chatbots), and closing deals to drive company growth.
About the Role
As a Business Development Executive at Codeloom Technologies, you will be at the front line of our growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads, nurture them, and convert them into long-term clients for our IT and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research and generate new leads through:
- Cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media (especially LinkedIn)
- Online platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, IndiaMart, JustDial, etc. – if applicable)
- Local market visits, networking and referrals
- Understand client requirements for:
- Website development & redesign
- Mobile & cross-platform apps
- ERP / CRM / custom software
- Digital marketing services
- AI chatbots and automation solutions
- Present Codeloom's services confidently via calls, meetings, Zoom/Google Meet demos and presentations.
- Maintain and update lead database / CRM, track follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations and timelines.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within given guidelines and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Share regular reports on leads, conversions, pipeline status and market feedback with management.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive in:
- IT services, software development, digital marketing, or similar industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals (online and/or offline).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, digital marketing and software services (enough to explain to clients).
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and field/tele sales as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets and email tools will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
