Role Description
The Key Account Manager Ecom/Qcom role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the e-commerce and quick commerce sectors. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for business planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation, as well as driving customer satisfaction and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating terms, analyzing customer data, formulating strategies to maximize revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute plans effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and expertise in handling Key Accounts.
- Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies and optimize performance.
- Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and manage relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret market trends and insights to develop impactful action plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or quick commerce sectors is an advantage.
