Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling DreamAhead's educational services and products, and providing customer support. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, working closely with the sales team, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The specialist will also handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
