**Brief Description**:
The position consists of answering inquiries and obtaining information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties and providing information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees within organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Welcome, assist and direct visitors properly and direct them to specific destinations;
- Provide information about establishment such as location of offices, employees within the organization and services provided;
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public;
- Maintain general filing system, sort and record mails properly;
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments;
- Perform administrative support tasks such as proof reading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents;
- Receive payment and record receipts for services;
- Order cafeteria supply ,have responsibility to maintain the working environment hygiene and monitor recycling facilities in the office;
- Set schedule and plan meetings, appointments and conference;
- Arrange the time and contact the specialists for equipment maintenance and repair;

**Requirements**:

- 1-2years’ experience preferred
- English, Hindi and Telugu language’s should be fluent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
