Ayurmegha Restoration Center is seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective clients, following up with leads, and converting them into appointments and clients. You will play a key role in promoting our services to new and existing clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound calls from interested clients, providing detailed information about our offerings.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach in all interactions, addressing client queries effectively.
- Convince clients about the benefits of Ayurmegha's services, offering personalized solutions based on their needs.
- Schedule consultations, follow up with clients, and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Update and maintain accurate records of calls and client details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling objections and converting leads effectively.
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic wellness or healthcare is a plus but not required.
