Job Title: Real Estate Telesales Executive

Reports to: Team Lead/Manager

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and driving sales growth for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers, generate leads, and qualify prospects.

2. Sales Conversations: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and showcase our real estate projects.

3. Conversion Rate: Convert prospects into customers, achieving monthly sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Data Entry: Accurately update customer interactions, leads, and sales data in our CRM system.

6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service.

Performance Metrics:
1. Monthly Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets, measured by revenue generated.

2. Conversion Rate: Maintain a high conversion rate of prospects to customers.

3. Lead Generation: Generate a minimum number of leads per month.

4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings, measured through surveys and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in telesales, real estate sales, or a related field.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate.

4. Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of real estate products and services.

5. CRM Software: Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zoho.

6. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
