Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser, located in Gurugram. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing day-to-day merchandising operations, including coordinating with clients, overseeing the production process, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role also involves developing and implementing merchandising strategies, driving sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Senior Merchandiser will collaborate closely with various departments to optimize product offerings and meet business objectives.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using technology-driven systems for efficient production management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the bag and backpack industry is a plus
