About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Senior Manager – Accessories & Home
to lead
Business Development and Operations
for our Accessories and Home division. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of
strategic business development expertise
and
operational excellence
, with strong exposure to
UK & European retail markets
.

This role requires someone who can build and scale international customer accounts, manage sourcing operations, and deliver best-in-class merchandising and production solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with leading
    UK, European, and Scandinavian retailers
  • Expand customer accounts through
    strategic account management
  • Drive new business opportunities and increase market presence in target regions
  • Conduct
    market research
    to track emerging trends in
    Accessories & Home categories
  • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize pricing agreements

Operations & Merchandising

  • Oversee
    end-to-end sourcing operations
    for Accessories and Home products
  • Manage
    production merchandising
    from concept to delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure
    quality standards
    and
    on-time delivery
  • Handle
    order management, shipment coordination, and logistics oversight

Experience & Background

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in
    reputed sourcing agencies/factories
  • Mandatory experience in working with
    UK & European retailers
  • Proven track record of
    building and scaling customer accounts
    internationally
  • Strong background in
    production merchandising and sourcing operations
  • Category experience in
    Accessories and/or Home
    preferred
