Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Head located in Mumbai. The Regional Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the regional office, ensuring seamless cash logistics and management services, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Regional Head will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills to oversee regional operations and manage teams effectively
  • Experience in Cash Logistics, Financial Operations, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strategic Planning and Business Development skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
