Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Founder Office Manager position, located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the founder, managing daily office operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of office systems, handling customer interactions, and maintaining documentation and office resources. The role also involves overseeing office equipment and supplies, supporting team members, and liaising between stakeholders as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and address their needs.
  • Expertise in office administration and administrative assistance to support day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in managing office equipment and supplies to ensure seamless office functionality.
  • Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for office management is a plus.
