Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role located in Gurugram. The Sales Intern will be responsible for engaging with prospects, offering tailored coworking solutions, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets. Key tasks include generating leads, building strong customer relationships, conducting client meetings, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves contributing to sales strategy implementation and learning the fundamentals of sales management within a fast-growing coworking environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
  • Demonstrated interest in Sales and Training, with a proactive approach to learning and implementing sales techniques
  • Knowledge of or willingness to develop Sales Management skills, including lead generation and client follow-up
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with the coworking or real estate industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant program is preferred
