About the Role:

Looking for passionate and proactive executives to:

  • Drive partnerships and B2B collaborations with institutes across India.
  • Onboard institutes, manage faculty/placement cell relations, and ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Ideal for individuals who enjoy networking and pitching impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with edtech institutes.
  • Pitch programs to TPOs, placement heads, and college management.
  • Conduct virtual/in-person meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain CRM and partner institution database.
  • Drive student registrations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for event execution and promotional materials.
  • Ensure target achievement (college onboarding and revenue generation per workshop).
  • Build long-term relationships with colleges and training partners.
  • Collect feedback/testimonials to improve quality and outreach.
  • Handle MoUs and partnership agreements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and event outcomes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & presentation (English + Hindi).
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or College Outreach (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, organized, target-driven with strong follow-up.
  • Basic understanding of EdTech, Career Development, or Workshop-based businesses is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
