Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Sales and Business Development located in Chennai. The Manager will be responsible for developing business plans, analyzing market trends, managing sales operations, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for business planning and market analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and client relationship management
- Proven experience in sales operations and strategy development
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant experience in the facilities management or service management industry is a plus
