Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach to generate new business leads.
Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs and goals of prospective clients and tailor digital marketing solutions to address their specific challenges.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients, showcasing our agency's services and value proposition.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop marketing collateral and presentations that align with client needs and agency capabilities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
Account Management: Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals using CRM software.
Experience in Digital Marketing Agency or Website/Mobile App Development company or similar industries would be an advantage.
